Equalizer Zero Stem

Yes. Replacement faceplates are sold on their own here: Equalizer Stem Faceplate Kit. The same plates fit both the Zero and the 10mm-rise Equalizer in every length — just pick the bar bore of your existing stem, as 31.8mm and 35mm are not interchangeable.

Ensure the 'No Gap' marking is on the upper side of the stem. Tighten the upper faceplate bolts to 6Nm first so no gap is left between the faceplate and the stem body, then the lower bolts to the same torque.

The Equalizer Zero stem uses M5 bolts with a 0.8mm thread pitch and a 18mm threaded section and includes a 1mm washer at the bolt head.

35mm is the shortest length Funn makes, and the Equalizer Zero comes in it with either bar clamp. The Funnduro and the Crossfire start at 35mm too — pick the Zero for a level 0mm rise with three lengths to move between, or the Funnduro if you also want the lowest stack and the lightest weight.

You need at least a 55mm straight section on the handlebar to fit the Equalizer Zero stem.

Rise, and nothing else that matters. The Zero holds the bar level, which keeps the front end predictable and is what most riders want once they have their fit sorted. The Equalizer gives 10mm of rise or 10mm of drop depending on which way up you fit it — useful if you are still experimenting, or share the bike. Everything else is shared: 34mm stack, 35, 42 and 50mm lengths, 31.8mm and 35mm clamps, full CNC AL6061, and the same faceplate kit fits both.
