Zippa Spare Bash

The Zippa Lite Bash Guard and the Zippa LG — this is the replaceable plastic bumper and its bolts, and the same part covers both guides as well as both sizes of the Lite Bash, so there is nothing to match beyond that. The one it does not fit is the Zippa DH, which has its own bash plate and takes the Zippa DH Bash Guard Replacement Kit instead.

It did — both the Zippa Lite Bash Guard and the Zippa LG ship with one spare bumper in the box, so your first replacement is already covered. This is what you buy once that one has been used up. If you ride hard enough to have got through the included spare, it is worth having the next one on the shelf before you need it rather than after.

The bumper is the sacrificial part — it exists to take rock strikes so the CNC'd AL7075 plate behind it does not have to. Scuffed and chewed is normal and means it is doing its job. Replace it when enough material has gone that the alloy plate is starting to make contact, or when a chunk has broken away and left the plate exposed at the point where you actually hit things.
