Pedal Cleat Replacement Kit

All of the Funn clip-in pedals: Mamba, Mamba S, Ripper, Ripper2, Tactic and Clast. The design is Shimano SPD compatible, so on the shoe side it uses the common two-bolt pattern rather than anything proprietary and will bolt to any SPD-compatible sole. One kit therefore covers whichever Funn clip-in you are riding, and still fits if you change pedals later.

Two cleats with their bolts and spacers — one pair, enough for a single pair of shoes. The spacers matter more than they look: they set how the cleat sits against the sole, and a cleat sitting at the wrong height is a common reason for a clip-in that will not release cleanly. Fit them with the parts supplied rather than reusing whatever was on the old cleats.

When entry and release start feeling vague. Cleats and pedal mechanisms are both steel and they wear each other down gradually, so the warning is rarely dramatic — you lose the definite click going in and the clean snap coming out. Walking around in your shoes speeds it up considerably. Replacing worn cleats is cheaper and safer than winding your release tension up to compensate, which only masks the problem. If new cleats do not fix it, the clip mechanism in the pedal has worn too.
