Warranty

Funn mountain bike components is dedicated to making sure that you have fun and keep having fun on our gear. We understand however, that sometimes things don’t quite work out and defects can occur. If these things affect you, we’re here to help sort them out and get you back riding as quick as we can.

All of our components are covered by our limited 2 year warranty.This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to wear and tear, consumable components or pieces of components, product failure, loss or damage from misuse, overuse, poor maintenance, improper installation or anything that does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Any products that have been modified in any way are not covered by warranty.

This warranty covers the original owner of the affected product only and proof of purchase is required in order for this warranty to be honoured.

This warranty is only offered for whilst a product is available in our range. Once a product is removed from our range, it is no longer covered.

If we determine that a warranty claim is valid we may offer you a replacement product or refund. If we do not determine that a claim is valid, we may offer you the opportunity to purchase a replacement at a discounted price.

  • For products purchased on Amazon, please contact us at [email protected] and include a photo of the affected component and proof of purchase.
  • For products purchased through a retailer (both online or a physical store) please contact the retailer through their own channels to process your warranty claim. In doing so, please include proof of purchase and photos of the affected component.
